This book comes highly recommended from our daughter's Chem teacher. My son had a different Chemistry textbook, and so far, this one lays out the World of Chemistry in an easier to understand format. Highly recommend this book over other Chem textbooks.

Very interesting examples and beautiful pictures to show the points. It's the kind of rare textbook that's actually readable and approachable.
